Ultra-Clean Water Technology

CleanIQ uses technologically advanced six-stage water treatment processes to produce 100% deionized ultra-pure water and use it for purification.

We treat network water as the primary source of origin and combine mechanical treatment and deionization methods, initially removing 95% to 99% of salt, chlorine and substance contaminants and then the remaining percentage producing 100% deionized water.

Production process

The water first passes through a double sediment pre-filtration system, then through a multi-layered sand filter and immediately afterwards through a self-cleaning activated carbon filter. The water then passes through a water softener that uses a regeneration process and ends up in a sophisticated reverse osmosis system with a production capacity of 1000lt/h. Immediately afterwards it passes through UV filter and deionization system and is stored in three-layer antimicrobial tanks.

Portable production systems

The production process of 100% deionized water can also be carried out on-site with portable treatment systems (profiling, activated carbon filter, reverse osmosis, deionization), provided that there is a network supply from the borehole and that the analyses carried out on the spring water allow us to do so. The on-site production capacity of 100% deionized water is 600lt/h, enough for cleaning.

Due to its purity, the deionized water produced has excellent cleaning properties and acts without the need to use chemical cleaners in an ecological way, leaving a spotlessly clean surface without the need to wipe dry.
